Returns & Exchanges 

At Pet Companion Supplies, your satisfaction is our priority. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply request a Return Authorization within 30 days of your invoice date. 

 

Return Policy Details 

- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on non-defective items. Initial shipping fees, including those for orders shipped under our free shipping offer, are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund. 

- Authorization Required: All returns must be authorized by Pet Companion Supplies within 30 days of the original invoice date. 

 

Requirements for Returns 

- Merchandise must be in new, resellable condition with the original unopened packaging, manuals, blank warranty cards, and all included accessories. 

- Returns will be inspected by our specialists to ensure compliance with our return policy. 

- Shipping and Handling Fees: These charges are non-refundable. 

 

How to Request a Return Authorization Number?

Email us with the following information to request a Return Authorization Number: 

1. Name 

2. Email Address 

3. Order Number 

4. Invoice/Order Date 

5. Item Number of the product(s) being returned 

6. Reason for the return 

 

Without this information, we cannot issue a Return Authorization—no exceptions. You will receive your Return Authorization Number via email within 3-4 business days. Once issued, the number is valid for 15 days, during which the return must be received by Pet Companion Supplies. 

 

Opened Products 

Opened items may be returned within 30 days of the invoice date with a valid Return Authorization Number. However, they must include all original packaging, enclosures, and blank warranty cards. A 25% restocking fee will apply. 

 

Defective Items 

For defective products, please contact the manufacturer directly for warranty service or replacement. Do not return defective items to Pet Companion Supplies. If you have questions about warranties or guarantees, feel free to contact us. 

 

Health and Safety Exceptions 

Due to health and safety precautions, we cannot accept returns on items that show signs of prior use. Determination of prior use is at the sole discretion of Pet Companion Supplies. Items with excessive wear or damage may not qualify for a refund, and additional fees may apply. 

 

Lost or Stolen Packages 

Pet Companion Supplies is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. For inquiries regarding shipping, please contact the carrier directly (FedEx or UPS).
