CANCELLATIONS

To cancel an order, please submit your request in writing to Pet Companion Supplies before midnight EST on the same day the order was placed. Expedited orders (overnight or 2-day shipping) are not eligible for cancellation after placement.

If a cancellation request is made after midnight EST but before the order is shipped, a 10% cancellation fee will apply. Once an order has shipped, it becomes the customer's responsibility. If you wish to return the item, you will need to obtain a Return Authorization Number after the order arrives.
